Currency

All prices and payments are in Egyptian pounds.

Payment methods

The payment methods available for your request appear in the app before you confirm, and may include cash to the captain, wallet balance, or available electronic payment.

Final price

When you accept a captain's offer, the price becomes a final commitment that includes road and gate tolls. It changes only if you change the destination during the trip.

Wallet

You may top up your wallet in the app with available electronic payment methods. Any debt from earlier cancellation fees must be settled before you request a new trip.

Trips covered by insurance

Trips covered by a valid insurance policy involve no cash payment, within the policy's limits. If a trip exceeds them, you pay only the extra distance, at a price shown before you request.

Tips

Tips are optional, and are best paid through the app so they are documented.

Receipt

An electronic collection receipt and trip statement is issued after each trip, and stays saved in your requests.

Payment security

Never send your card details to anyone, and do not pay to any account outside the app. Card details are handled by the approved payment gateway.
