Service delivery policy

The service provided through inWinch is roadside assistance carried out at your location. No physical goods are shipped.

Fulfilment

Your request reaches available captains near you. After you accept an offer, you follow the captain on the map until they reach you and take your car to its destination.

Arrival time

Arrival time depends on distance, road conditions, and truck availability, and the app shows your request's status.

Service area

The service is available where captains are available at the time of the request. If there are no offers, the app informs you.

Documentation

The captain photographs the car from all four sides before loading, and a wide photo after, showing the truck's plate with the car.

Liability for damage

The captain providing the service is responsible for damage caused to the car by the truck or during loading and unloading. The customer is responsible for removing valuables before towing.

Service continuity

If the truck breaks down during the trip, a replacement is sent to complete it, and you pay only the originally agreed price.
