Have a captain you trust?
Enter the captain's code and proposed price, and the request goes to them only. If they decline, or change the price and you refuse, your request automatically goes to nearby captains so you aren't left stranded.

If the truck breaks down
You won't be left halfway.
If the truck itself breaks down while carrying your car, a replacement is sent to finish the trip. You pay only the originally agreed price, and settlement between captains happens behind the scenes.

Who sets the price?
You see a guide price, propose your own, captains make their offers, and you choose. Once you accept, the price is final, and changes only if you change the destination during the trip.
Can the captain ask for extra money?
No. The agreed price includes road and gate tolls. If anyone asks you for more, send a complaint from the app.
What if the truck itself breaks down?
A replacement truck is sent to finish the trip, and you pay only the originally agreed price.
Can I cancel my request?
Yes. Cancellation is free within 5 minutes of a captain accepting, after which a cancellation fee may apply. See the cancellation policy for details.
