This policy sets out the general rules for using the inWinch website and apps. By using the service, you agree to it and to the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

The service

inWinch is a technology platform connecting customers with independent roadside service providers. The platform is not a transport company and does not own vehicles.

Your account

• Sign-in relies on your mobile number and a verification code, and you are responsible for keeping your phone and device secure.
• Any request made through your account is binding on you.
• Tell us immediately if your line is lost or your account is used without permission.

Permitted use

• Use the service to genuinely request or provide roadside assistance, with accurate details.
• Give the true reason when cancelling a request.
• Match the truck's plate with the details in the app before handing over your car.

Prohibited use

• Fake requests or misleading cancellation reasons.
• Agreeing to cancel a trip in the app in order to carry it out or pay for it outside the platform.
• Exchanging personal numbers or outside contact details between customers and captains.
• Asking a customer for amounts beyond the agreed price.
• Uploading false photos or documents, or attempting to tamper with verification.
• Misusing the Zaki assistant or attempting to break its limits, or abusing any user.

Consequences

The platform may review, suspend, or stop an account for breaching this policy or the terms and conditions.
